Help & getting started

Start with the free tools. Keep the source, the limits and your next action clear.

Your free allowance

A verified free account includes 3 sponsorship assessments and 1 Sponsorship Pitch Kit per UTC day. No card required.

Separate daily allowances also include 3 employer sponsor lookups and 1 CV wording check. These do not use your assessment or Pitch Kit allowance.

Use the additional employer and CV checkers

  1. Open Free tools and create an account or sign in. Confirm your email if requested. No card is needed.
  2. For a sponsor check, use the legal employer name from the vacancy. Review the source date, match type, route and rating. A similar name is not an exact match.
  3. For a CV check, paste the job description and reviewed CV text. Remove personal information that the comparison does not need. The result highlights wording and missing evidence, rather than predicting an interview or an ATS pass.
  4. These additional checkers have separate allowances: 3 employer sponsor lookups and 1 CV wording check per UTC day. Check the displayed remaining allowance. The next daily allowance starts at midnight UTC.

Assess a job and prepare a Pitch Kit

  1. In Free tools, choose Sponsorship Evidence. Add the real job advert and employer. Confirm the actual employing entity where an agency or brand makes it unclear.
  2. Use only facts you know for the occupation and salary comparison. Leave uncertain candidate or job details unresolved. A needs-confirmation result is useful; it prevents missing evidence from becoming a false promise.
  3. Read the evidence band, reasons, dates and quoted wording. High, Medium and Low are not sponsorship probabilities. Confirm any important decision with the employer and official guidance.
  4. Open Sponsorship Pitch Kit and add reviewed CV facts. Review the employer brief, CV outline and conversation scripts before copying or downloading them.
  5. A free account includes 3 assessments and 1 Pitch Kit per UTC day, separately from the existing sponsor lookup and CV wording checks.

Understand sponsor evidence

A sponsor licence concerns a legal employer and a route. It does not establish sponsorship for every job, your eligibility or past visas issued. Confirm the specific vacancy with the hiring team. A bundled or old snapshot remains labelled; check the latest official register when a decision depends on it.

Milo shows public register data and salary rules. It does not give immigration advice. A salary comparison depends on the occupation code, weekly hours, route, dates and personal circumstances entered. Read the displayed limits and official sources.

Existing purchases and checker access

The waiting-list purchase page has closed. Existing Founding Access purchases retain their original price and agreed terms. Sign in to view purchases using your checkout email. After the payment is verified and linked, your sponsor and CV checkers no longer use the free daily allowances. Fair-use protections apply. After payment is verified and linked to your matching verified account email, Founding Access includes up to 500 sponsorship assessments and 50 Sponsorship Pitch Kits per UTC day, subject to fair use and service capacity.

Your three months of the full workspace begin only on full-workspace activation, with notification. There is no confirmed launch date, and payment does not open private workspace access. You may cancel before activation for a full refund, even after using checkers. If a receipt or entitlement is missing, contact support@milojobs.com; do not pay again.

Monthly plans and account security

Compare Free, Plus and Pro on the plans page. Monthly subscriptions are not open yet. When available, manage invoices and cancel renewal from Account and data. A monthly plan is separate from a founding purchase; you are never moved onto a recurring charge automatically. Refresh billing details if an existing payment or cancellation is not reflected, rather than paying again.

Account and data shows the security controls currently available, including authenticator setup or passkeys where enabled for the service. If you already use an authenticator, keep access to it and do not share its setup key or codes. Read our security page for how Milo handles documents and reports.

Sponsor Licence Watch

In Free tools or the private Sponsors section, add up to 25 exact legal employer names. Milo compares them with subsequent register snapshots and shows observed route, rating and presence changes. A missing name is not proof of licence revocation. Verify the latest official evidence and the employer identity before acting. Email watch alerts are not active. Removing a watch also deletes its observation history.

Your first application in the private workspace

The following workflow is for accounts invited to the private workspace. It is not unlocked by free account registration or a pre-order alone.

  1. Open your workspace checklist and add your profile.
  2. In Resume Lab, import a PDF, DOCX or text resume. Review the extracted reading order before saving. Scanned PDFs need a text version.
  3. Search job titles and set location and experience filters. Limited feed coverage can produce empty results.
  4. Review the employer, job description and sponsor evidence. Complete the salary-rule comparison only with facts you can confirm.
  5. Prepare and review your resume and cover letter. AI Studio requires an available configured provider and your processing consent; evidence-led templates remain available.
  6. Download the reviewed files and apply on the employer’s website. Record submission only after you have actually submitted.

Preparation and submission

Milo focuses on reviewed applications rather than blind mass auto-apply. A prepared document, saved review or queue entry is not a verified submission. You should confirm the employer’s success message or receipt before marking an application as sent or retrying.

Where an older approved package exists, changing a local draft does not change that package. Inspect its state before continuing. Assisted form filling remains a later feature; see the product status page.

Record what happened

In the private Sponsorship Reality Tracker, record whether an employer replied, interviewed, offered or actually sponsored. Keep the CV version and evidence band used for that application. Mark the outcome unknown when you do not know, rather than treating silence as a sponsorship refusal.

Comparisons show sample sizes and use only your records. Employer message and certificate categories are self-reported evidence, not verification by Milo. You can remove an observation while keeping the application. Shared employer reports are not published by this release.

Later experiments

Interview practice, visa planning and additional countries are outside the initial UK launch promise. Some experiments remain in the private workspace for invited testers. Email alerts are not active; adding an employer watch does not enable email delivery.

Keep your work and account safe

Wait for Cloud saved before switching devices. If Milo reports a sync conflict, export your local copy before resolving it. Uploads are private to your account. Visit Account and data to export or request account deletion, including if you only use the free tools. Deletion requires confirmation. It cannot retract an application held by an employer.
